Dear Sarah

Dear Sarah,

How does someone deal with the feeling of failure, the feeling of not being enough, not making enough money, not getting enough done during the day. Despite working tirelessly. Why do women not feel like they are not doing enough yet at the same time they are doing everything? I feel like my mental load is spilling over everything I do.

Sincerely,

Overworked and Underpaid

Dear Overworked and Underpaid,

This is a pretty common thought for both men and women. According to a survey taken by The New York Times, one in three or 31% of all adults are afraid of failure and claim it is the reason they are not able to obtain their goals. It isn't just a female thing, we are just able to voice it easier than our counterparts because we are typically external processors and men are typically internal processors so they wouldn't naturally say that out loud.

My question to you would be, why do you feel like you have to work tirelessly? Are you unwilling to delegate? Most women struggle with this issue, yes women and not men, because we believe no one can do what I do better than I can do it and we believe that if I don't perform in such a way I will be looked down upon. We are projecting and anticipating that reaction so we become workaholics.

If you are in your 30s or older, you came from a generation that ingrained success and completion. We were taught to eat every single bite of food off of our plate, not to leave anything left out overnight, that A's and B's were the only grades acceptable, and speaking against an adult was inexcusable.

The big thing to remember is that our feelings are liars. Having thoughts isn't bad, it is your brain's way of seeing every issue from exhaustive views before deciding how to feel about it. We choose how to feel about things. We have the power to choose. You can choose to see things as not being completed, not being able to get enough done in the day, or you can acknowledge all that you did accomplish and be proud of being able to do something for someone else that they may or may not have been able to do for themselves. You loved them or the situation well by being able to accomplish something that someone else didn't have to do because you did.

As a therapist, I see clients all the time that have a perfectionist or impostor syndrome issue. I'm not good enough or Someone would have probably done it better or If it isn't perfect then it isn't right so there is no reason to even start if I can't make it perfect and all are lies your feelings are trying to get you to believe to justify your thoughts.

A good rule of thumb is to plan your day the night before. Or if you can only spare one day a week for planning then plan Saturday for the following week. Think of what you want to make sure to get done and work backwards from that, planning little objectives throughout the week that will help you reach the goal for the week. It will be easier to see your progress that way and you can categorize the week by “must do”, “should do”, and “if I have time to do” lists.

I start my morning, every morning, with making my bed because I am so busy that when the day is over I can look at my bed and feel some satisfaction that I get to go to bed in my pretty presentable bed that looks like it was waiting just for me.

In summary, focus on the wins of the day and anything left undone remind yourself “tomorrow is another day!” Anyone my age or older will be able to name that famous movie, sorry young'uns.

Thought to ponder: What could you delegate to someone else, that doesn't have to be done by you? Full transparency, my teenage kids and young adult kids all have a cooking dinner night, they all have chores to do throughout the week, I have a cleaning lady that comes once a week for the deep cleaning, and sometimes my young adult kids pick my teenager up from school. These delegations may not fit your situation but that doesn't mean you do not have room to delegate.

📣The Collective Buzz

🌟From the Founder: Growing Together

Growing Our Impact Together

She Rises Collective is continuing to grow—not only in membership, but in the impact we are making together within our community. Every volunteer hour, every donation, and every woman who shows up is helping us turn our mission into action.

Last month, we had the opportunity to begin our partnership with Crossroads for Women, and what started as a single day of service made a tremendous impact. Together, our members helped organize their boutique and brought in a significant amount of feminine hygiene and personal care products for the women they serve. We were also incredibly grateful to see the generosity of our community extend even further through a large monetary donation from an anonymous donor.

It was a powerful reminder of what can happen when women come together with a shared purpose. In just one day, we were able to make a difference—and we aren't stopping there.

💚 Continuing Our Work with Crossroads for Women

On September 12, we will return to Crossroads for Women to continue organizing and supporting their boutique. We are excited to build on the work we started and continue finding meaningful ways to serve the women in our community.

Throughout the month of September, She Rises Collective will be collecting new undergarments and accessories to help stock the boutique with items women need and appreciate.

We are looking for donations of items such as:

New women's undergarments

Bras

Socks

Hair ties and scrunchies

Headbands

Other new personal accessories

This month's drive is another opportunity for our members, friends, families, and community partners to participate in something bigger than ourselves.

When women support women, the impact reaches far beyond one person.

We are so proud of what our collective has already accomplished, and we are even more excited about what comes next. This is just the beginning of the impact She Rises Collective can make in our community.

Together, we rise. Together, we give. Together, we make a difference.

💰Money Matters

Money Matters

7 Simple Ways to Reduce Your Monthly Expenses

When it comes to improving your finances, you don't always have to make a major lifestyle change. Sometimes, the biggest difference comes from finding the small expenses that quietly add up month after month.

Here are seven places to look:

1. Review Your Subscriptions

Streaming services, apps, memberships, and subscriptions can easily become expenses you barely notice. Take a look at your bank and credit card statements and ask yourself: “Am I actually using this?” If not, cancel it.

2. Shop Your Insurance

Your insurance needs and rates can change over time. Review your policies and compare your options to see if you may be able to lower your premiums while still keeping the coverage you need.

3. Revisit Your Cell Phone & Internet Bills

Give your providers a call and ask about lower-cost plans, promotions, or discounts. You may be paying for features or services you no longer need. It never hurts to ask!

4. Plan Your Meals

Eating out, ordering delivery, and making last-minute grocery runs can quickly add up. Planning even a few meals each week and shopping with a list can help you spend less and waste less.

5. Try the 24-Hour Rule

Before making an unplanned purchase, wait 24 hours. Ask yourself whether you truly need it or simply want it in the moment. You might be surprised by how often the urge to buy disappears.

6. Find Your “Money Leaks”

Look back at your spending from the last 30 days. Identify those small, repeated purchases—coffee runs, delivery fees, convenience charges, impulse buys, and other little extras.

One $5 purchase may not feel like much, but several of them every week can become hundreds of dollars over a year.

7. Give Your Savings a Job

When you cut an expense, don't let that money simply disappear back into your checking account. Give it a purpose.

Consider automatically directing the extra money toward:

An emergency fund

Paying down debt

A future purchase

Retirement

A personal or business financial goal

💰 Money Matters Tip

You don't always have to make more money to improve your finances—you can start by being more intentional with the money you already have.

Small changes, repeated consistently, can create meaningful results over time.

Have a financial question you'd like to see featured in a future Money Matters column? Send it our way!

Money Matters is here to help women build confidence, make informed financial decisions, and create a stronger financial future—one intentional choice at a time.

☀️Rise & Shine

From Surviving to Thriving: Mia's Story

Seven years ago, Mia and her two children were living with her mother in a two-bedroom apartment. The three of them shared one bedroom—a queen-size bed for Mia, bunk beds for her children, and one bathroom.

At the time, Mia had been cleaning houses for cash for about five years. It gave her the flexibility to be a mother, but she had no health insurance, no retirement plan, and no clear path toward the future she wanted for her family.

After surviving addiction, homelessness, and relationships that repeatedly made her feel like she wasn't enough, Mia had begun to believe those things about herself.

She believed she was too old to start over.

She believed she couldn't build a successful career.

But when she looked at her children and the life she was providing for them, something inside her said enough must change.

She was afraid that if she remained hopeless for too long, she might eventually return to the life God had already delivered her from.

Then came an unexpected opportunity.

A man from her church approached her and told her that his mortgage company was hiring. He said she could potentially earn six figures in her first year—even without previous experience.

It sounded too good to be true.

There was just one problem.

Mia didn't think she could do it.

She hated math. She hadn't gone to college. She had barely made it through pre-algebra in high school.

But she decided to try anyway.

The course cost $237—nearly all the money she had.

She paid for it and began studying.

“It felt like learning another language,” Mia recalls.

But she kept going.

She would run five miles in the mornings while listening to test-preparation material, all while continually praying:

“God, I will give this everything I have. If this is Your plan for me, crown my efforts with success and qualify the unqualified.”

On test day, Mia drove to Santa Fe.

She told God that if she didn't pass the first time, she would take it as a sign that mortgage lending wasn't meant for her.

Then she pressed the button to receive her results.

84.

She passed.

Mia immediately called her children, crying.

For the first time in a long time, she felt genuinely proud of herself.

She told them:

“Our lives are going to change.”

And they did.

But the journey wasn't suddenly easy.

The man who had promised to hire and train her had actually left the company the day before she passed her exam. Mia was heartbroken and had no idea what she was going to do next.

Still, she went to the office.

And she was given an opportunity.

Her first transaction was incredibly difficult. Afterward, the Realtor® who had trusted her with her buyer looked her in the eye and told her:

“Mia, I can't send you another buyer. That transaction was a nightmare.”

But then she said something that changed everything.

She told Mia she believed the problem was the company and the lack of training—not Mia.

Instead of giving up on her, that Realtor® introduced Mia to another lender who was willing to give her a chance.

What felt like failure became redirection.

In her first year, Mia earned six figures.

She went from relying on Medicaid and food assistance to moving her children out of her mother's apartment, providing them with a home, and beginning to build a future, including a retirement plan.

Now, five years later, Mia understands why God led her into mortgage lending.

Today, she works with many first-time homebuyers who are scared, overwhelmed, and unsure whether homeownership is possible for them.

She understands that feeling.

She knows what it is like to need someone to believe in you before you're able to believe in yourself.

Mia once thought of God as a lifeline she reached for only when she was in trouble. Looking back, she can see that He was protecting her, positioning her, and leading her toward her purpose all along.

She holds onto Matthew 23:12:

“But those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

Every day, Mia is reminded that she cannot do this without God. She believes He is her provider and that every opportunity, client, and blessing comes from Him.

🏡She Holds the Keys

🏠 The Real Estate Market Isn't Broken—It's Changing

What Buyers and Sellers Need to Know This Fall

If you've been watching the real estate news lately, you may be feeling a little confused.

One headline says it's a buyer's market. Another says home prices are still rising. Mortgage rates are hovering in the mid-6% range. Inventory is increasing in many areas, but not everywhere. Some sellers are offering concessions, while other homes are still receiving strong interest.

So...what is actually happening?

The short answer: The real estate market is becoming more normal.

And honestly, that's not a bad thing.

For the past several years, we've experienced an unusual housing market. Extremely low inventory, rapidly rising prices, bidding wars, historically low mortgage rates, and buyers competing against multiple offers became the norm.

Today's market looks different.

The market is giving today's buyers something they haven't had much of in recent years: options and negotiating power.

But that doesn't mean sellers can't sell.

It means strategy matters more than ever.

For Buyers: You May Have More Leverage Than You Think

Today's buyers shouldn't assume they have to compete with the way buyers did a few years ago.

More inventory means you may have opportunities to negotiate on:

Purchase price

Closing costs

Repairs

Home warranties

Interest-rate buydowns

Other seller concessions

That doesn't mean every seller will agree to everything. It means buyers should understand the difference between asking for something and overpaying because you're afraid you'll lose the house.

With mortgage rates still elevated, the monthly payment matters just as much as the purchase price.

And this is where having the right Realtor® matters.

A good Realtor® shouldn't simply tell you, “This is what the house costs.”

They should help you understand:

What will this home actually cost you each month?

What is the home worth based on the current market?

Where do we have negotiating room?

When should we walk away?

Those questions can be worth far more than simply finding you a house.

For Sellers: The Market Has Changed

If you're thinking about selling this fall, the biggest mistake you can make is pricing your home based on what your neighbor sold for two years ago—or what you hope your home is worth.

Today's buyers have more choices.

That means buyers are becoming more selective, and homes that are overpriced or poorly presented can sit longer.

That doesn't mean you need to give your house away.

It means you need to give buyers a reason to choose your home.

That starts with:

Pricing correctly.

Your home's value isn't determined by what you need to make from the sale.

It isn't determined by what you spent on the kitchen remodel.

And it isn't necessarily determined by what your neighbor's house sold for last year.

Your home is worth what today's market is willing to pay for it.

Presentation matters.

Photography, staging, repairs, curb appeal, cleanliness and even the way your listing is marketed can make a significant difference.

In a market where buyers have options, your home has to compete for their attention before they ever walk through the front door.

Negotiation matters.

A seller's goal shouldn't always be to get the highest possible offer.

Sometimes the strongest offer is the one with the best combination of:

Price + terms + financing + timeline + likelihood of closing.

The number at the top of the offer is only part of the story.

And Here's the Most Important Part...

Real Estate Is Local.

National headlines can tell us what is happening across the country, but they cannot tell you exactly what is happening in your neighborhood.

The housing market can look completely different from one city to another—and even from one neighborhood to another.

That's why at Selling Enchantment, we believe your real estate decisions should be based on your market, your neighborhood, your financial situation and your goals—not fear, headlines or social media predictions.

That's also why working with a knowledgeable New Mexico Realtor® and brokerage that understands the local market can make such a difference.

Maybe you're ready to buy.

Maybe you're ready to sell.

Maybe you're not ready yet and simply want to know what your options are.

That's okay.

You don't have to make a decision today to start having a conversation.

The best real estate decisions are rarely made under pressure.

They're made when you have the information, understand your options and have a Realtor® or broker in your corner who will tell you the truth—even when the truth isn't necessarily what you hoped to hear.

Selling Enchantment

Real estate should feel less overwhelming and a lot more enchanting.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling the home you've loved for years, investing in your future or simply wondering what today's market means for you, we're here to help you make sense of it.

Because your next move deserves more than a transaction. It deserves a strategy.

💼 Think Bigger About Your Business

One of the reasons this book fits so well with She Rises is its emphasis on thinking beyond survival.

It's easy as an entrepreneur to get caught up in the day-to-day:

How do I get my next client?

How do I pay this month's expenses?

How do I keep everything moving?

But what happens when we begin asking bigger questions?

What could my business become?

What would I do if I believed I was capable of more?

How could my business create long-term financial security?

Those questions can change the way we approach our businesses.

🤝 We Don't Have to Rise Alone

Perhaps one of the most important conversations this book can spark within our Collective is the idea that another woman's success doesn't take away from our own.

There is room for all of us to grow.

There is room for different businesses, different paths, different goals, and different definitions of success.

When women share knowledge, make introductions, refer business to one another, celebrate each other's wins, and talk openly about the lessons they've learned, we all become stronger.

That is the spirit behind She Rises Collective.

🌳 A Challenge for September

As you read this month's book, don't just think about becoming “richer.”

Think about what financial freedom would actually mean for you.

Would it mean more time with your family?

The ability to leave a job you no longer love?

Hiring someone to help you grow your business?

Paying off debt?

Buying a home?

Retiring comfortably?

Giving back to your community?

There is no wrong answer.

💬 Questions to Consider

As you read, consider these questions:

1. What does financial success mean to me?

2. What is one belief about money that I may need to unlearn?

3. Where am I playing small in my business or financial life?

4. What would I pursue if I weren't afraid of failing?

5. How can I use my business to create long-term wealth?

6. How can I help another woman succeed while building my own success?

She Rises Takeaway

You are allowed to want more.

More freedom.

More opportunity.

More financial security.

More impact.

More for yourself and the people you love.

Wanting financial success doesn't make you selfish.

It gives you choices.

And when women have choices, they have the power to change not only their own lives, but the lives of the people and communities around them.

So this month, let's read, reflect, dream a little bigger—and ask ourselves:

What could be possible if we stopped putting a ceiling on what we can achieve?

🤝 Let's Connect

🤝 Let's Connect

The heart of She Rises Collective is connection. Every introduction, referral, collaboration, and conversation helps strengthen our community of women entrepreneurs. Take a moment this month to reach out to another member, attend an event, or support a fellow business owner. Together, we rise higher than we ever could alone.

🌿Wellness Corner

With Clarissa Gannon | EmpowerHER Wellness

Your Hormones Are About So Much More Than Your Period

When women hear the word hormones, we often think about periods, pregnancy, hot flashes, or sex drive.

But our hormones are doing so much more behind the scenes.

Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone influence far more than reproductive health. These hormones interact with systems throughout the body—including our bones, brain, cardiovascular system, muscles, metabolism, and more.

So why do we still talk about women's hormones as though they only matter when we're having a period?

They don't.

🌸 Your Hormones Touch More Than You Think

Hormonal changes can influence the way we experience everyday life, including:

• Sleep and energy

• Mood and emotional well-being

• Brain fog and cognition

• Muscle and bone health

• Body composition and metabolism

• Sexual health

• Cardiovascular health

• Skin and urinary health

And here's something every woman should know:

Hormonal changes can begin earlier than you think.

Perimenopause doesn't necessarily begin when you turn 45 or 50. Hormonal changes can occur years before menopause, and some women may begin noticing changes in their 30s.

Sometimes those changes are easy to dismiss.

“I'm just stressed.”

“I'm getting older.”

“I'm not sleeping enough.”

“Life is just busy right now.”

But what if we started asking a different question?

What is my body trying to tell me?

You may notice that your sleep has changed. You're suddenly exhausted. Your mood feels different. You're gaining weight despite doing what has always worked. You're struggling to maintain muscle. Your periods are changing. Your brain feels foggy.

And perhaps the biggest sign of all:

You just don't feel like yourself.

🌼 Looking Beyond One Symptom

When women seek help, their labs may come back within a conventional “normal” range.

But normal doesn't always mean optimal for that individual woman.

That doesn't mean every symptom is caused by hormones, that every woman needs hormone therapy, or that medications aren't appropriate. Sometimes medications are absolutely necessary and can be life-changing.

But we shouldn't stop asking questions simply because one number falls within a reference range.

Instead, we can look at the whole woman.

💚 The Three Hormones We Need to Talk About

ESTROGEN

Estrogen is well known for its role in reproductive health, but it also contributes to bone health, temperature regulation, cognitive function, mood, sexual health, urinary tract health, muscle mass, tendon

health, cardiovascular health, metabolism, and body composition.

PROGESTERONE

Progesterone can influence sleep, mood, anxiety, menstrual patterns, blood vessel function, immune function, and skin health.

TESTOSTERONE

Yes—women have testosterone too!

Testosterone plays an important role in muscle and bone health, sexual health, cognitive function, mood, energy, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, and sleep.

🎙 Want to Go Deeper?

Clarissa recently joined Cindy Dupuie for a podcast conversation exploring the functional role of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone—and why women's hormones deserve to be viewed as much more than “sex hormones.”

Listen to the podcast on Spotify

🧘 Aging Doesn't Mean Settling

Getting older doesn't mean we have to resign ourselves to feeling worse.

We can learn what is happening in our bodies. We can support our muscles, bones, metabolism, sleep, nutrition, hormones, and overall health.

We don't have to choose between getting older and living vibrantly.

This is why I believe in looking at the entire woman—not just one symptom or one lab value.

We look at:

Energy. Sleep. Gut health. Brain fog. Stress. Cortisol. Metabolism. Muscle. Nutrition. Hormones.

Because it all matters.

Your symptoms matter.

Your history matters.

Your lifestyle matters.

Your labs matter.

Your hormones matter.

When we put those pieces together, we can move beyond simply chasing symptoms and begin understanding the woman behind them.

A Note From Clarissa

We can choose to age with strength, knowledge, and intention.

And I believe women deserve nothing less.

💡Business Boost

Turn Your Followers Into Customers

Having people follow your business is great—but followers alone don't pay the bills.

This month, take a look at how easy you're making it for someone to go from “I like this” to “I want to buy this.”

Sometimes we spend so much time creating content that we forget to actually invite people to do business with us.

Take a Look at Your Business

Ask yourself:

Is it obvious what I offer?

Can someone quickly understand who I help?

Do my social media profiles tell people how to contact or purchase from me?

Am I regularly telling people what is available?

Do I make it easy to book, buy, schedule, or inquire?

Am I actually asking people to support my business?

You don't have to be pushy to make a sale.

You simply have to make the invitation.

Instead of always saying, “Check out my latest post,” try:

“I have three appointments available this week.”

“These are our most popular products right now.”

“Ready to get started? Send me a message.”

“Know someone who needs this? Tag them below.”

“Here's how you can work with me.”

September's Book of the Month

We Should All Be Millionaires

By Rachel Rodgers

What if we stopped thinking about financial success as something reserved for a select few—and started believing that we deserve the opportunity to build wealth, create successful businesses, and live the lives we want?

That's the question at the heart of We Should All Be Millionaires by entrepreneur and author Rachel Rodgers.

For September, we're diving into a book that feels especially fitting for the women of She Rises Collective—women who are building businesses, creating opportunities, taking risks, and working toward something bigger.

💰 It's About More Than Making Money

Money can be an uncomfortable topic.

As women, we can sometimes find ourselves navigating messages about what we should want, how much we should earn, or whether wanting more is somehow selfish.

Rachel Rodgers challenges those ideas.

She encourages women to become more comfortable talking about money, setting ambitious financial goals, charging appropriately for their work, and recognizing that building wealth can create freedom—not just for ourselves, but for our families and communities.

And that conversation matters.

Because owning a business isn't just about having a title or making a sale.

It's about creating something that can support the life you want to build.

Member Spotlight

Sarah Ho

Director of Operations | She Rises Collective

Some women join a community. Others help build it.

This month, we are shining the spotlight on Sarah Ho, our Director of Operations, whose dedication and heart have already made such a meaningful impact on the She Rises Collective.

Since stepping into her leadership role, Sarah has consistently shown what it means to show up, step up, and serve with purpose.

Behind the scenes, she has been helping She Rises grow—bringing organization, ideas, energy, and a willingness to take on whatever needs to be done. She has been instrumental in helping turn our vision into something tangible and creating the foundation for the Collective to continue growing.

And she has been doing all of this while navigating an exciting season of growth in her own business.

💚 Growing Her Business While Helping Others Grow

Sarah is the owner of Salt and Light Christian Counseling, and her business has grown to the point that she recently moved into a larger building to better serve her clients and accommodate that growth.

Moving and expanding a business is no small undertaking.

Yet even during this incredibly busy season, Sarah continued making time for She Rises Collective.

That says so much about who she is.

She understands that growth doesn't have to be an individual journey.

🌿 A Passion for Our Mission

If you've spent any time around Sarah, you've probably heard her talking about She Rises.

She isn't simply a member of the Collective—she is actively spreading the word throughout our community, introducing women to our mission and helping others understand what She Rises is all about.

Her passion is contagious.

Sarah believes in creating a community where women can connect, encourage one another, share resources, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships.

And she doesn't just talk about that vision.

She lives it.

🤝 The Kind of Leader Who Shows Up

Leadership isn't always about being the loudest voice in the room.

Sometimes it's the woman who quietly makes sure things get done.

The woman who answers the message.

The woman who offers to help.

The woman who tells someone else about the opportunity.

The woman who believes in the mission enough to keep talking about it—even when no one is asking her to.

That's Sarah.

Her willingness to step forward and help build something bigger than herself is exactly the kind of leadership we want at She Rises Collective.

Sarah, We See You.

Thank you, Sarah, for everything you are already doing for She Rises Collective.

Thank you for believing in this mission.

Thank you for sharing it with our community.

Thank you for helping create the structure that allows this Collective to grow.

And thank you for reminding us that you can build your own business while still making room to help other women build theirs.

We are incredibly grateful to have you helping lead the way.

🌅 We rise together—and Sarah is helping us rise.

💗 Our Collective also came together to collect essential donations, including feminine hygiene products, personal-care items, and other necessities. Those donations were delivered to Crossroads for Women to help support the women in their program.

These moments may seem simple, but they represent something much bigger.

Women supporting women.

Women showing up for women.

Women giving their time, resources, and hearts to their community.

We are incredibly proud of our members who volunteered, donated, and helped make this outreach effort possible.

The two photos featured here capture just a small part of what we accomplished together—and we hope they serve as a reminder that She Rises Collective isn't just about what we do individually. It's about what we can accomplish when we rise together.

This is the kind of community we want to continue building: one where business relationships turn into friendships, success creates opportunities to give back, and women know they never have to rise alone.

Together, We Rise.

Thank you to Crossroads for Women for allowing She Rises Collective to be part of the important work you do in our community.

And to every She Rises member who showed up—thank you for helping us turn our mission into action.

A MESSAGE FROM MIA

Your past does not disqualify you.

Mia came from addiction, homelessness, hopelessness, and a place where she believed she wasn't enough.

Yet those very experiences became part of what prepared her to serve others.

Today, she gets to sit across from people who are wondering whether their dreams are possible—and tell them:

“I understand. And you don't have to figure it out alone.”

Her story is a reminder that sometimes the chapter that feels like the end is actually the beginning of something you couldn't have imagined.

Keep going. Keep believing. Keep rising.

🎀 Rising Through Service

She Rises Collective at Crossroads for Women

One of the most meaningful parts of building She Rises Collective is creating opportunities for women to come together—not just to build businesses, but to serve, support, and uplift other women in our community.

Our recent time at Crossroads for Women was a beautiful reminder of what happens when women come together with a shared purpose.

Our members volunteered their time to help organize and support the women's boutique, creating a welcoming and accessible space for the women Crossroads serves.

But we didn't stop there.
